To: Parents of Young Champions Students in Kyene School District

Dear Parents,
We teach our programs in Kyrene as a vendor for Kyrene Elementary School District Community Education Enrichment Programs. They help us with providing the school facilities to hold our programs, and flyer distribution in the District amongst many other things. Young Champions was recently notified by them that our contract to teach programs in Kyrene has been cancelled immediately which means the future of our programs in Kyrene could be in jeopardy.
If you are happy with our programs in Kyrene, please send us a short email reference by indicating the positive attributes of Young Champions and what positive influences our programs have had on your child. Also, if you enjoy the weekly payment plan and view it as a benefit to you rather than paying for the entire program up-front, please indicate this.
We want to approach our response to Kyrene in a positive way. We intend to present the emails to Kyrene Elementary School District Community Education Enrichment Programs in hopes that your endorsements will convince them to not cancel our contract, and to continue our programs in Kyrene under our vendor agreement for Community Education Enrichment Programs.
