Fall Desert Cup Regional Tournament

We are so excited that the Fall Desert Cup Regional Tournament is finally here!  The vast majority of our Cielo players are participating in tournament, and we are looking forward to seeing you there!  If your child is not playing in tournament, there are NO REGULAR SEASON GAMES AT SUMMIT THIS WEEKEND, NOV. 19th-20th.

Desert Cup Regional Tournament

Registration and Check-In: (directly from the ActivStars tournament schedule)

• ALL teams are required to check-in 1 hour prior to their first game 
• Players ages 10-15 years are required to submit age verification documentation upon check-in
• Official ActivStars (or former YCOA) jersey must be worn to play in the tournament, no exceptions
• Jersey, shin guards, and cleats are required in order to play

Come prepared, and you will have an amazing experience at the tournament!  On that note, here are just a few tips from us to make your time at tournament even more enjoyable:

• Plenty of water
• Sun screen
• Layers - it may be chilly in the morning
• Food
• Shade
• Cash - Food vendors will be there, but I don't know if you can pay with a  card

Most of you we will will see this weekend. If not, we will see everyone on Dec. 3rd at Summit for Game #5.

The season is flying by and the Regional Tournament is almost here.  Schedules will be available at the check-in table tomorrow.  It will be posted on the blog next week.  We will see everyone tomorrow (11/12) for Game #4.

Fall is Finally Here!

Hopefully, you've also enjoyed the much anticipated cooler temperatures this week.  It's starting to feel a little more like fall every day.  As usual, we are Summit Academy for games tomorrow.  Make sure you come ready for the weather, whatever the day may bring.  As always, bring plenty of water no matter what the temperature.  We are really enjoying watching the kids improve every week.  What an exciting time of year.
